Chief Executive Officer since 1990.
Richard Haire is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and of the Australian Institute of Management. Richard is on the State Council of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has more than 27 years experience in the international cotton industry, including 25 years in agricultural commodity trading and banking. He is a member of the Rabo Australia Food and Agribusiness Advisory Board and of the Company's Operational Risk Management Committee.

Bob Dall'Alba joined Queensland Cotton in 1988 and has more than 30 years experience in agribusiness in Australia and South East Asia. He is responsible for ensuring our Global Marketing Business achieves consistent returns while also meeting the needs of our spinning mill and grower customers. Since February 2005, Bob has also been responsible for our merchandising and global seed trading businesses including Mt Tyson Seeds.
David DeFrank
Senior Vice President, United States Operations
David DeFrank has more than 23 years experience with Queensland Cotton's United States business, Anderson Clayton. He was appointed Senior Vice President of our United States operations in July 2004 and is responsible for its management and development, including grower services, ginning and accumulation activities.
Jeff Ballentine

Executive General Manager - Operations (Australia)
Jeff Ballentine joined Queensland Cotton through the Anderson Clayton acquisition in 1997. He started with Anderson Clayton in 1978 and was Vice President of our Arizona ginning operations when he was promoted to our Executive Committee in 2006, as Executive General Manager of Operations in Australia. Jeff's 29 year career has been almost exclusively in gin operations management in the United States and Australia.
